Please read the following terms and conditions prior to placing an order with us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shine London Ltd trading as Asian Fashion Online.

 

(1) By placing an order you are offering to enter into a contract of sale with us. Our acceptance of this contract will be communicated to you via an email confirmation of your order. Your completion of the checkout process does not form a contract.

(2) We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or typographical errors without being bound by their effect. 

(3) All orders are subject to availability.

(4) The final value of an order, is that which we have confirmed.

(5) All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

We do our utmost to ensure that Asian Fashion Online is online and operating fully without errors or disruptions. However due to the nature of the internet we cannot fully guarantee this. We also update and service the website regularly and do our utmost to ensure that this does not disrupt your shopping experience. We will not be responsible for or bound by any errors or disruptions caused while shopping on our website. We do however operate a policy of leneancy in regards to the affects any technical difficulties that may be experienced.

(a) We aim to delivery all goods in accordance with our estimated time periods. However please allow up to 14 days in case of unforseen or postal delays.

(b) We reserve the right to allow these 14 days to elapse prior to accepting claims for goods lost in transit.

(3) Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

(4) We reserve the right to change our delivery charges and promotions.

 

(1) If you wish to return an item, then you may do so within 10 days of purchase to entitle yourself to a refund or exchange.

(2) It is your responsibility to pay the costs of returning the goods. We will not pay the transit costs of any goods returned to us.

(3) All returns must be in accordance with the following conditions:

(a) The goods must be in their original and new condition, without damage, stains or stench.

(b) A return form must be submitted online with all the mandotory fields completed.

(c) Your returns must be clearly labelled with your name or order number on or in the package.

(d) All returns must be posted via a service which demands a signature on delivery.

 

(1) All promotions online are subject to removal without notice.

(2) All promotions and discounts are on a "While Stocks Last" basis.

(3) No purchase price is guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

(4) We reserve the right to reject the orders of any person or persons who are misusing or abusing the promotions and discounts that we advertise.

 

(1) All competitions and prize draws are currently only open to UK residents.

(2) No competition or prize draw guarantee's the participant will win solely through participation.

(3) To enter the participant must fully satisfy the criteria set out by the competition or prize draw.

(4) The closing date/prize draw date will be publicly displayed. We reserve the right to change this date if necessary and shall give notice in such circumstances.

(5) In the case of prize draws the winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified within 7 days of the actual draw date.

(6) No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferrable for its monetary value or any other item.

(7) The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.

(8) Maximum one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries will be counted as one entry.

(9) By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.

In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

 

We shall not pass on the details of any of our customers to any third party unless it has been expressely indicated by an individual that they grant us the right to do so.

 

If you breach these conditions and we use our right to leneancy to take no action upon the relevant condition, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

 

These terms and conditions shall not be varied without clear indication of any changes stipulated and dated at the outset of this document. It is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with any changes that may have been implemented.
