Our no quibbles 10 day returns policy means you can always return an item if you are not happy. This policy entitles you to a full refund or exchange, 10 days from the original purchase date and we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

 

Please note it is the customers reponsibility to return the item to us in its original and new condition. Goods returned with marks, smells or damages may not be accepted due to hygiene and re-sale purposes. Postage costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the wrong items to you, or if the item is significantly damaged or defective. Please note if you are making an exchange you will not be charged for the postage of the replacement item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that covers the parcel for the value of the goods. Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we recieve your item we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
